About Holly

Holly’s background in design and real estate development enable her to recognize the potential of neighborhoods in transition, realize the highest and best use for buildings and sites and identify the most sustainable and profitable investment strategies for her clients. Holly is a valuable resource for property data, market research and neighborhood expertise. She welcomes the challenge of complicated deals and projects and is well versed on property conversions and construction processes.

Holly is a NY registered architect and has a broad range of experience with complex, design-led projects from feasibility through construction phases. She participated in notable projects such as 6.2 BB Columbia University 6.8 MM SF, 17-acre multi-phase expansion at new Manhattanville campus, and the Award winning $48-million GSA United States Port of Entry & Border Station at Calais, a highly technical and unprecedented project type under the GSA Design Excellence Program.

Holly expanded her career in the built environment at Columbia University’s MS in Real Estate Development program where she developed a value focused research agenda for sustainable development and investing. She contends the most sustainable investment is the adaptive reuse of existing buildings and sites and her ongoing architecture work supports this thesis.

Holly is a licensed real estate associate broker and is a member of the Real Estate Board of NY, the American Institute of Architects, the Architecture League of NY, and the Urban Land Institute. Holly lives with her husband and their two young boys in a townhouse they restored within the Mount Morris Park Historic District in Harlem.
